Our Process
Disover
We have lots that are in our inventory, or you can work with us to find the location that best fits your needs. We have a variety of plans that have been built over the years that are available for you to customize. On the other hand, we are ready to work with you and your architect to create a truly custom experience. We’ll help you discover the right plans for the right location.
Design
Once your location and home style have been determined, our team works with you to create the optimal floor plan and interior design that works best for you and your family. From pantries to mud rooms and exercise rooms to home theaters, Nico is ready to build your exceptional new home.
Build
Once we finalize and approve plans, we begin the build. You will participate in a series of milestone check-in points to be sure there are no misunderstandings. We believe in open and transparent communication to ensure the home is meeting your expectations.
Live
Upon completion, you will do a final walkthrough to be sure everything is live-in ready. We will also review the warranty that accompanies every Nico home. Then it's time for you and your family to move in and enjoy! You have been a part of the process every step of the way and you have the peace-of-mind knowing you own a Nico home!
